And introduced Jon Cassel of CBN World Outreach to the French speaking areas of Africa who described the evangelistic work CBN is doing through television in that area, and how many people are being converted to Jesus Christ due to those efforts.
Traveling with them was US Congressional Candidate Glenn Thompson, of Howard, PA who introduced himself and talked about his life as a born again christian, a Boy Scout Leader, and his involvement with his church, "The Lighthouse Reformed Church" in the little town of Howard, near Bald Eagle State Park in Centre County. He did not solicit votes or describe his campaign platform.
